Dear Friends,

I’m delighted to share with you the official poster for the 2026 Oceania Cup Weightlifting International Tournament, taking place at the Victorian Weightlifting Stadium in Hawthorn on Sunday, 20 September.   You’ll also find attached the timetable for the four competition sessions. This is the last day of the tournament. If you happen to have a free afternoon, I would be absolutely thrilled for you to come along and enjoy a truly wonderful day of weightlifting. It promises to be an exciting event filled with great atmosphere and world‑class performances.

We are fortunate to have three recent Commonwealth Games Gold Medallists competing, along with several silver and bronze medallists from the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. It will be a fantastic opportunity to see these outstanding athletes in action.

Please feel free to look over the session timetable and choose whichever session suits you best.  I sincerely hope to see many of you there on Sunday, 20 September.

With my warmest regards,

Paul
