Dear Friends,

After 61 years of coaching ,  two months ago, I hung up my personal-coaching hat.  The good news is that I now have time to do something, like revive the legendary Coconut Wireless and share the stories, and funny moments of Oceania weightlifting.

I hope you enjoy the first issue.

Regards,

Paul
