I am delighted to send you the final report of this years OTIP program which concluded last weekend.   This years results surpassed even our expectations.  And the students who attended the training camp were also of high calibre.

Attached please find the 2019  OWF Calendar of events  and also the OWF new senior, Junior and Youth record standards.

As we all know,  from the 1^st November 2018,  the IWF established new bodyweight categories.  (10 men and 10 women)   

Therefore I thought that I would bring out the final rankings in the old bodyweight categories from January 1^st to 31^st October,  2018.  This now will become part of history. 

The OWF wishes to thank everyone associated with the OTIP and now looks forward to welcome those students who will be attending the OTIP training camp in New Caledonia in December. 

Although it took me quite a while to research these attached results,  I am sure that you will find them quite interesting.  

Oceania hasn’t done too bad at all, at Olympic, World and Commonwealth level.  

I am attaching herewith an update on the OTIP program.  Have a look at how many entries we have so far,  and we still have two weeks to go.
